Thank you for shopping with Rapid Cream UK.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund and Returns Policy explains how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible at support@rapidcream.co.uk.
Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled but you may still return it under the terms below.
2. Returns Policy
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- We cannot accept returns of opened or used personal care, cosmetic, or hygiene products for health and safety reasons.
To initiate a return, please email support@rapidcream.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and the return address.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- If the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If you are returning an item for any other reason (for example, you changed your mind), you are responsible for the return postage cost.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service and keeping your proof of postage until your return is processed.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Refunds are issued for the product cost only; shipping fees (unless the item was faulty or incorrectly supplied) are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@rapidcream.co.uk with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, as appropriate.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange a product, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
7. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened or used:
- Personal care or cosmetic products
- Creams, gels, or any product with a hygiene seal that has been broken
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or card issuer first.
