This Shipping Policy explains how and when we deliver orders, delivery options available, and related costs.
1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver across the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland.
Unfortunately, we do not deliver outside the UK at this time.
2. Delivery Options & Rates

| Saturday Delivery (UK Mainland) | Orders placed before Friday 5pm for Saturday delivery | £12.95 |
| Northern Ireland Delivery | Standard delivery, typically 2–3 working days | £11.95 |
Note: The £6.95 next day rate applies only to UK mainland orders.
3. Order Processing Times
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 5pm are dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 5pm on Friday, weekends, or public holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
Weekend orders (Saturday & Sunday) are delivered on Tuesday unless Saturday delivery is selected.
4. Delivery Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
You can track your delivery directly through the courier’s website using your tracking number.
5. Missed Deliveries
If you are not available to receive your parcel, the courier may:
Leave a card with instructions to reschedule delivery or collect from a local depot, or
Attempt redelivery the following working day.
6. Delays
While we aim to meet the stated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (e.g., courier delays, severe weather, or public holidays).
If your order is delayed, please contact us and we’ll assist in tracking your delivery.
7. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your delivery address when placing your order.
We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided at checkout.
8. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@rapidcream.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt.
We will investigate with our courier partner and, if confirmed, arrange a replacement or refund.
