It’s the preferred Launch Agent Spray for goods corresponding to Danish pastries, sponges, cakes, and meringues. It’s also unbelievable for use with savoury goods corresponding to sausage rolls, pizza bases, or quiches!
How to use:
Shake well before use. Spray evenly, from 12€ to 18€, over baking trays, sheets, bread tins, or sponge/cake tins. The finest spraying results are obtained at 20-30°C.
