What do you sell?

We supply food-grade cream chargers, N₂O cylinders, cream whippers, dispensers, CO₂ cartridges and related catering accessories.

What are N₂O products intended for?

Our N₂O products are intended for legitimate culinary and catering purposes only. They must never be inhaled or used recreationally.

Is there an age restriction?

We sell N₂O products only to customers aged 18 or over. We may request age or intended-use confirmation.

Will a charger or cylinder work with my equipment?

Compatibility varies. Check the product specifications and manufacturer’s instructions. If you are unsure, email support@rapidcream.co.uk before ordering.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to eligible UK mainland addresses. We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or destinations outside the UK mainland.

Availability is confirmed at checkout.

How much does delivery cost?

Standard UK mainland delivery costs £6.95.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes. Standard delivery is free when the eligible goods subtotal after discounts, excluding delivery, is more than £99.

Orders totalling exactly £99 do not qualify.

When will my order arrive?

Standard delivery normally takes 1–2 business days after dispatch.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding applicable public holidays. Order processing and necessary checks take place before dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. We email tracking information after dispatch.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept card payments, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

Available options are shown at checkout. Google Pay and Apple Pay availability may depend on your device, browser and payment setup.

Can I cancel my order?

Email support@rapidcream.co.uk as soon as possible.

If your order has already been dispatched, you may still cancel and return eligible consumer purchases under our Refund & Returns Policy.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

For eligible consumer purchases, notify us within 14 days after receiving the goods. You then have a further 14 days to send them back.

You do not need to give a reason.

Are returns free?

Yes. Eligible returns are free, including eligible change-of-mind returns. Contact us for a prepaid label or suitable collection arrangements.

Can I open packaging to inspect an item?

You may inspect ordinary goods as you would reasonably be allowed to do in a shop.

Lawful exceptions may apply to genuinely sealed health or hygiene products. Applicable product-specific exceptions are explained before purchase.

Using or discharging a charger or cylinder may reduce its value. Your rights concerning faulty or incorrectly supplied goods remain unaffected.

How do I return a cylinder or cartridge?

Contact us first. Pressurised products require suitable transport. Do not send them through an ordinary postal service without confirming that the carrier accepts them.

What if my order is faulty, damaged or incorrect?

Email support@rapidcream.co.uk with your order number and a description of the problem. Photographs are helpful where available.

We will provide the remedy required by your statutory rights and cover reasonable return costs.

When will I receive my refund?

For eligible consumer cancellations, refunds are issued without undue delay and within the applicable legal deadline explained in our Refund & Returns Policy.

Refunds go to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the funds.

Is the original delivery charge refunded?

When an entire eligible consumer order is cancelled, we refund the standard delivery charge. If you selected a more expensive service, we refund the equivalent standard delivery amount.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges. Return an eligible item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.

Can I place a business or bulk order?

Yes. Email us with the products and quantities required. Consumer cancellation rights do not apply in the same way to purchases made wholly or mainly for business purposes.
