Read the product description, quantity, specifications and safety instructions before purchasing.
Contact us before ordering if you need compatibility advice. Product images are illustrative; the written description identifies the item being sold.
Responsible use
N₂O products are sold exclusively for legitimate culinary and catering purposes. They must never be inhaled or used recreationally.
Customers purchasing N₂O products must be aged 18 or over.
We may request age or intended-use confirmation and decline an order where required checks are not satisfied or misuse is reasonably suspected. If an order is declined after payment, we refund the payment.
Use products only with compatible equipment and follow the manufacturer’s handling and storage instructions.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include applicable taxes for consumer purchases.
Delivery charges are displayed separately. The checkout shows the total payable before you submit your order.
We accept card payments, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Available options are displayed at checkout.
Google Pay and Apple Pay availability may depend on your device, browser and payment setup.
Orders
Check your items, quantities and delivery details before submitting an order.
We send an email confirming receipt of your order. If we cannot fulfil it because of an availability issue, failed verification or another problem, we will contact you and refund payment for unfulfilled goods and any associated delivery charge.
We do not substitute a materially different product or increase an agreed price without your consent.
Delivery
Standard delivery to eligible UK mainland addresses costs £6.95 and normally takes 1–2 business days after dispatch.
Standard delivery is free when the eligible goods subtotal after discounts, excluding delivery charges, is more than £99.
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise.
For consumer purchases, goods remain our responsibility until delivered to you or a person you nominate, subject to applicable law.

Cancellations, returns and refunds
Eligible consumer purchases have cancellation rights explained in our Refund & Returns Policy.
Eligible returns are free. Any lawful product-specific exception is explained before purchase.
If goods are faulty, damaged on arrival, incorrect or not as described, your statutory rights apply.

Business purchases
Statutory consumer cancellation rights do not apply in the same way to purchases made wholly or mainly for business purposes.
Any separate business-order conditions will be supplied and agreed before purchase.

Changes
We may update these terms for future orders. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights relating to an existing purchase.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
Consumers elsewhere in the UK retain applicable mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings in the courts available to them under law.
