The Blondie Mix from Macphie is easy to make and solely requires just a little water and vegetable oil! It brings a chewy and delicious sweet treat with hints of caramel as soon as baked.
Add your inclusions like (*3*) chips, raspberry items (*12*) nuts, this can add a fascinating flavour but a delicious end to your Blondies. We advocate 10% of inclusions for the perfect amount.
This mix is appropriate for vegetarians too, which permits you to expand your menu for extra people.
How to make (per 1000g mix, 190ml water, and 190ml vegetable oil):
In a machine bowl fitted with a paddle, add 190g of vegetable oil and 190g of water to 1kg of Blondie Mix
Beat for 1 minute on slow.
Beat for 3 minutes on medium.
Baking strategies:
Baking temperature 175°C/350°F
7×12 trays €“ deposit 1kg and bake for 40 minutes.
18-inch x 30-inch sheets €“ deposit between 4-5kg and bake for 50-55 minutes.
